- Job scope Clinical Project Lead (CPL) for Phase 1 oncology study
- Education & Experiences
- Bachelor’s level degree in Life Science, Pharmacy or Nursing, at minimum
- 5 or more years’ experiences in Clinical Operation (Pharmaceutical company, Biotech or CRO)
- Preferences
- 2 or more year’s experiences in Clinical Project Management
- Experiences in CRO management (as a clinical project manager, not an operation manager)
- Experiences in Oncology Clinical Trials
- Experiences in early phase clinical trials
- Indepth knowledge of drug development process from drug discovery to NDA
- Strategic thinking to set & execute the project plan, solve the problem and mitigate the risk
- Professional presentation & communication skills
- Fluent in English
