[Key Accountabilities and Duties]
- The medical advisor, Global Medical Affairs will be responsible for all field-based medical affairs activities across the entire company portfolio and several countries
- This role is responsible for significant business impact activities including continued collection of clinical data to support the entire product portfolio, high scientific presence at major customer-facing congresses, and scientific support of all key customers across the region
- In addition, the role is responsible for effective customer-facing communication and dissemination of scientific materials across the entire region. Further, the role is directly responsible for business performance elements of the regional executive leadership team such as congress participation and competitive clinical evidence generation

[Job Requirements]
Functional/technical knowhow
Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical field and/or industry preferred
At least 3 years knowledge and experience in medical affairs, clinical research in product development and post-approval research Impact on the organisation:
Contribute to a best in class Medical Affairs organisation
Ensure development and tactical implementation of Global Medical Affairs strategies to achieve aligned and agreed objectives Develop relationships for their assigned Medical Experts/Key Stakeholders and Decision Makers
Significant impact to the successful development, launch of new products, compliance and support for marketed products. Position prerequisites Education: Bachelor’s degree or other relevant professional degree in the medical/biological field. Experience/Professional Requirement:
Relevant experience preferred in the medical and/ or pharmaceutical industry. 2 / 2
At least 3 years of experience in a combination of academic or industry experience in medical affairs
2+ years clinical care experience is a benefit
Relevant experience in o Effectively managing investigator initiated trials and medical training o In working in a multinational matrix environment and ability to manage multidisciplinary/functional medical affairs teams
Demonstrable knowledge of health authority and local regulations to ensure full adherence to compliance requirements
Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to interact with variety of individuals, KOLs, payers, investigators, health authorities, etc
Excellent command of English, written and verbal communication skills
Must possess a strong sense of integrity and proven understanding record of compliance standards

Global Medical Affairs and leads the medical project in the countries of responsibility
