Main Accountabilities

Responsible for communicating with government payers.
Support MAGA director in setting up overall pricing and reimbursement strategy
Understand key issues in government pricing policy, map out and prioritize different options to resolve issues.
Drive team to reach pricing targets.
Ensure interactions with government payers to be compliant with Ferring compliance SOP.
Work with different functions in providing professional insights including government policy trend and healthcare environment changes.
Regular project team meetings with all relevant functions and prepare for pre/post meeting and follow up activities.
Update company management team on project status.
Development of real world evidence research plan if necessary and collaborates with crossfunctional team to execute timely.

Bachelor’s Degree and master degree of Health Economics (preferred)
Good understanding and interpretation of clinical, HEOR data
Experience and skills in the application of health economic/research methodologies
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Korean
Experience in pricing and reimbursement in pharmaceutical industry for more than 3 years
