[Qualifications and Competencies]
- Bachelor degree or above of Pharmacy
- 3~7 year experience in PV or PV-related areas
- Speak and write English to good standard
- Ability to develop and interpret policies and to perform multiple tasks
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skill

[Key Roles and Responsibilities]
- Work in one of global PV functions who is in charge of local PV system management
- Support establishment of compliant local PV system in the country
- Evaluate local PV system in the affiliates and support improvement planning
- Organize and provide the trainings to local safety managers
- Escalate and manage the PV related issues between local affiliates and global PV functions
- Support implementation of new global PV system in the affiliates
- Support medical affairs activities
