We are seeking an experienced Senior/Principal Scientific Investigator in Antibody Engineering.

 

include bringing non clinical stage assets into clinical stage successfully, managing current R&D grant for the bispecific antibody project, generating novel platform and new pipelines, molecular designing and characterization of bispecific antibodies, and biomarker study. In addition, the individual will be part of a research group dedicated to ‘clinical discovery’, the exciting task of discovering and validating new opportunities derived from our extensive clinical trial data. The successful candidate will work closely with clinical, biomarker and computational scientists, as well as other lab-based cancer immunologists, who are dedicated to defining mechanistic underpinnings of molecular regulators of anti-tumor immunity to build next-generation medicines that modulate the most promising targets and approaches. Infrastructure and research support are unparalleled. The Senior/Principal Scientific Investigator will report to head of R&D at PharmAbcine.

PhD in a relevant scientific field (e.g. antibody engineering, protein biochemistry, immune-oncology (T cell and macrophage biology), cell biology, molecular biology, cancer genetics, cancer biology, molecular oncology, signaling,). Postdoctoral and/or post-PhD research experience in either academic or industry setting is a plus.
Experience in antibody engineering, bispecific antibody engineering, human immunology, cancer immunotherapy, or translational research and ability to perform high quality non clinical studies, assay development and large, multiomic datasets are a plus. 
Demonstrated record of cutting-edge research as evidenced by first authored publication(s) in peer reviewed, top tier journals.
