본문This organoid based innovative startup based in Seoul(Pankyo) is seeking a Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) to lead discovery and development efforts in novel therapies for previously undruggable targets combining organoid technology and allogenic or universal donor cell. Discover and propose improvement directions for existing organoid pipelines
Required Skills • PhD in Medicinal, biology and similar department, 10 + years of industry experience; strong working knowledge of experience with in-vitro, in-vivo (mouse ideally) moving to clinic, cell therapy, allogenic or universal donor cell, and pluripotent stem cell. • more 5 years in managerial positions, with a track record of advancing discovery projects into early clinical development. • Understanding of the principles underlying cell therapy and biological target mechanism. • Strong publication or patenting track record, at least 10 years’ experience in cell and molecular discovery with a good understanding of both discovery and preclinical and early clinical development. • preferred therapeutic area are digestive system |
