The duties assigned to Post marketing Surveillance Associate are as follows: 1.Involved in the whole process for post marketing surveillance (PMS) 2.Responsible for managing CRO(s) outsourced for PMS related work (if needed) 3.Maintain and Update the PMS Operation Manual 4.Coordinate PMS operation as assigned 5.Communicate PMS related issues with internal/external stakeholders 6.Perform or ensure a timely preparation/submission of Periodic Report 7.Train relevant KOP employees about PMS as needed 8.Perform or ensure a timely preparation /update of protocol and case report form
