The scope of key responsibilities include: - Provide technical leadership and engineering support to achieve cycle time, cost target, process improvement and new products development including feasibility studies. - Optimize, and manage Capex budget/expenditures for manufacturing, engineering, facilities and utilities, - Ensure compliance to Quality, Safety, Health, Environmental policies and regulatory - Plan, organize, coordinate and execute projects on plant and machinery for productivity, quality and cost improvement within the time and budget constraints - Manage, analyze and predict trends from maintenance systems and downtime records - Asset stewardship and housekeeping maintenance for the plant. - Improvement of EtE Zero Defect program
