GMP제조업소 공무팀장 설비유지관리 제조소 환경안전 1.Responsible for site engineering, repair and maintenance of mechanical and PCT, process equipment and facilities 2.Ensure all activities according to process & plant safety, employee health and safety, quality and plant emergency operations 3.Ensure all inspections of relevant authorities related external and Internal regulatory compliance, incl. environmental aspects of the plant are handled properly 4.Train and supervise the TOPPs and HSE topics for all employees and performs regular internal HSE audit for all department & admin area.in plant 5.Control the maintenance & HSE cost in plant 6.Communication and information exchange with HSEQ community in Bayer Korea and report HSE figures of plant to global HSE community via BASIS 7.Plan, review and realize the projects (big investments project) related to plant facilities and production equipment together with BHC-PS-ESS-RO. 8.Ensure all measures related to qualification and validation within the department are performed
