본문[Responsibility]
- As the Manager of the Pharmacovigilance team, be responsible for the department’s business management and Have operational responsibility for the team - Responsible for the resource management of subordinates, to oversee and quality check of the deliverables of subordinates. - To develop and maintain relevant local SOPs to address local PV activities in accordance with global/regional SOPs and local regulations. - Communicate upper-level policies within the organization and appropriately escalate the actual situation in the workplace to upper management. - Responsible for the systematic provision of services to customers [Qualification] - At least 5 years of experience in PV or related area. 1+ years of manager experience, or equivalent preferred. - Bachelors level degree - Good sense of compliance - Good understanding of international and local regulation, guideline, and procedures in the relevant area - Good ability in working according to global standards - Good written and spoken English capabilities - Good communication Skill - Good Computer Skill |
