[자격요건]
•Major: Pharmacology, pharmaceutical science, and life sciences
•At least 15 years of experience in the relevant field of business, preferring master's or doctorate
•Proficient with the English language (written and verbal)
•Excellent communication and presentation skills

[직무설명]
•Provide leadership, strategy, and oversight of clinical development programs and clinical trial plans for new
development drugs and clinical trials
•Demonstrate excellent understanding of the drug development process, provide feedback on clinical
documents/reports, and be able to provide regulatory and scientific input
•Able to problem solve, multi task, and make strategic decisions to move projects forward
•Manage internal and external budgets, timelines, and forecasts within defined project and company goals
•Maintain team objectives, responsible for team management, and to develop team members
